Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free Pick-Up
We offer free pick-up in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Melbourne - Pick-Up Available Next Day from our warehouse in Truganina.
Sydney - Pick-Up Available within 48 hours from our warehouse in Auburn.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Orders under $199 will incur a flat rate shipping cost of $10. Orders over $199 will be eligible for free shipping to all Australian mainland destinations as well as Tasmania.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use TNT, Border Express and Team Global Express for domestic deliveries but may use other carriers when required to ensure the fastest delivery time possible.
International Shipping
Not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Freight is at the cost of the buyer and goods must be received back in re-sellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
